Firearms Restriction Statement & Purchases

AEM Precision adheres to all State & Federal laws regarding the sale of products to people in those states if restrictions apply. We do not offer firearm purchases online. It is the full responsibility of the customer to make sure the firearm, ammunition or accessories they are purchasing are legal to own in their state or jurisdiction to avoid order rejection.  Our customer further agrees that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the jurisdiction of any proceedings will take place in Garfield County.  At this time, ALL firearm purchases must be started by contacting us directly by phone or email to receive a quote and understand the steps needed to follow firearms law. We take this very seriously and NO exceptions will be made in these processes.

All firearm sales are final - no refund will be given. If you chose to cancel with your payment provider - this does not release you from the debt you have incurred for said firearm, all legal resources will be used to remedy the cost of purchase and legal fee that may be incurred working to get release of funds from your payment provider.

Pricing & Payments

For non-firearm purchases, we offer multiple online payment options via our store page. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors. Customer service is important to us and every effort will be made to amend the situation in a way that is mutually beneficial to both parties - this includes product substitution as an option. Please note: Prices on firearms and accessories may fluctuate daily based our input costs. We do not offer a price guarantee and will not provide a partial refund if the sale price of a firearm is lowered after purchases are made.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping & Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to the website parameters. If you are wanting to place purchase and are unable to complete the transaction, please contact us via email to determine whether other options are available with a customer service override.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Some items, such as handguns and ammunition, may not be legal to ship to the customer's state.  Please refer to the Firearms Restriction Statement above. All firearms will be shipped to an FFL holder in your State for transfer. They will typically charge a nominal fee for the transfer that the customer will be responsible for paying. Oversized accessories, this does not apply to firearms, may incur an extra shipping charge. For further questions, please contact us.

Privacy & Data Collection
Your credit card transaction is conducted through a secure server. Your credit card number is stored only long enough for a charge to be made to it. Once the charge is completed, the number is removed from our server to guarantee your safety and privacy.

Customers may opt-in into surveys and email newsletter lists. Customer data is never sold to third parties. For marketing and technical purposes, our website utilizes analytics to aggregate user information and make improvements over time to our digital presence.
